Member Transfer Notice
The odbo online store is now open.
Following the closure of our offline store, existing offline members can continue to enjoy member benefits through our online store.
To activate your online member benefits, please create an account on our online store and send your account email to us via WhatsApp. After verifying your membership details, we will manually activate your member status.
Once your member status has been activated, you will be able to view and purchase products at member prices when logged in.
Please note that creating an online account does not automatically subscribe you to our email list. To receive future member notices, online store updates, and promotions, please subscribe to our email list at the bottom of our website.

How to activate your member status
1. Create an account on our online store.
2. Send your account email to us via WhatsApp.
3. We will verify your offline membership details.
4. Once verified, your online member status will be activated manually.
Credit Transfer
If you have unused offline store credits or points, you may request to transfer them to online store credits.
Please contact us via WhatsApp with your registered membership details.
Credit transfer requests will be accepted until 31 August 2026.
Important Notes
- Member status activation is processed manually.
- Please allow some time for verification and activation.
- Member verification will be based on the contact details registered in our offline POS system or member records.
- If you contact us using a different phone number from the one registered with us, we may not be able to verify your membership immediately.
- Additional verification, such as your registered name or date of birth, may be required.
- Credit or point transfer requests will also be verified based on your registered offline membership details.
- Member prices are available only after your online account has been activated.
- Transferred online store credits may be subject to an expiry date.
- Online store credits can only be used on The odbo Singapore online store.
- Delivery is currently available within Singapore only.
