All sales are final and non-refundable.

Orders can only be cancelled before shipment.

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or refunds once products have been opened or used. Unopened products in original condition may be eligible for exchange, subject to approval.

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order.

Requests that do not meet the above conditions may not be accepted.
